With security incidents and ransomware attacks on the rise and prominent in the news, we wanted to take a moment to share some important security related information with you. Keep these three security tips in mind:
#1 – Gravity Payments will never ask for your password or other credentials. We do not need you to tell us your password or share other private information with us to service or operate the system. We will not email you for this information.
#2 – Gravity Payments will never ask you to share customer payment card or banking information. This type of information is securely stored in the system and we will never ask you to get payment details from a customer and share them to us directly.
#3 – You can report security concerns directly to our dedicated Security Incident team by sending an email to portalsecurity@gravitypayments.com. If you have a security concern, request to add or remove access to the system, or concern about data integrity, client data security, or just have a bad feeling about something send it along. Our specially trained and resourced Security Incident team will investigate and respond to you immediately.
